Week 2 – Workout 1 11/05/26 – Stamina Muscle Endurance
Equipment needed: 2 dumbbells, a mat.
Hope we are all feeling good after week 1! Different style of workout today, maybe new for many of you! Record how many rounds you get in the AMRAP and let me know how you get on!
Week 2 – Workout 2 – Hamstrings and Extension
Equipment: Dumbbells, resistance band, step/chair, a mat.
Focussing on hamstrings and extension- getting that ‘turned out long leg’ look! You use alot more muscles than you think to achieve this. Flexibility alone is not enough, we need hamstring, glutes and quad power! You will feel this one:)
