Hi, I’m Ciara Loughran, a qualified personal trainer and world champion Irish dancer.

I specialise in strength and conditioning for Irish dancers. I help dancers build the strength, athleticism, and confidence needed to perform at their best — both on and off the stage. Drawing on my own competitive experience, I design personalised training programmes that support dancers alongside their classes and help them reach their full potential.
